Tuscan-Style Grilled Top Sirloin

4 Genuine Texas Angus Beef™ Top Sirloin Steaks, 8-10 oz each


3 T freshly chopped rosemary 4 cloves garlic, minced
⅓ cup balsamic vinegar 2½ T olive oil
Salt and freshly cracked pepper to taste Juice of 1 lemon


Mix rosemary, garlic, vinegar, oil, salt and pepper together. Pour mixture over the steak and evenly coat both sides of the steak. Marinate at least 30 minutes and up to 4 hours. Remove steaks from marinade and grill as desired, until an internal temperature of 145° F is reached on a meat thermometer. Top the finished steaks with freshly squeezed lemon juice.
